A number of top name models, musicians, entertainers and other Bajan ambassadors have been making their mark on local, regional and international world stages for decades. And Bajans wanted to know more about these personalities! Who were the faces behind the voices of the freshest soca hits on the radio? What was the latest info on that Bajan model ripping up the NY runways? And who’s coming next? Who are the next Bajans to be hitting the scenes? It was this need for information on Barbadian personalities that prompted a group of young Bajans to come up with the idea of producing a magazine which would appeal to "the circuit" -- the confident, independent-minded, fashionable group of young people proud of their culture. The magazine would provide "the circuit" with the latest info on fashion and music & entertainment, and would profile well-known and aspiring musicians, models and other personalities.
And what better name for the magazine than CIRCUIT!!!
CiRCUIT magazine is a youth-oriented Bajan publication, and is the only high-quality, magazine-format publication which focuses primarily on Barbadian Youth Culture.
The magazine features premium, current content specifically designed to capture and hold the attention of Barbadian youth in the 18-35 demographic, and is committed to providing an outlet for showcasing the talents of established and aspiring Barbadian artistes and personalities.
